We, LauferNeo GmbH, operate the website www.lauferneo.de (the “Website”) and the services offered on it, and are therefore responsible for processing personal data. This notice does not cover third-party websites linked to from our Website.
Protecting personal data is important to us. We therefore operate the Website in accordance with the applicable data protection and data security laws. We take the protection of your personal data seriously. The information below explains what data we collect, how we use it and what rights you have in relation to our use of your data.

2. Processing of personal data when you visit our Website
If you use the Website for information purposes only—that is, if you do not provide us with information in any other way—we collect only the data that your browser sends to our server. When you access our Website, we process data to create log files that are technically necessary for the following purposes:
a. to ensure the Website connects smoothly;
b. to make our Website easy to use;
c. to ensure system security and stability, and to track unauthorised access attempts and access to the web server.
The legal basis for processing data for purposes a and b is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, namely the provision of the telemedia service. The legal basis for processing data for purpose c is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in the security and stability of the telemedia service and in preventing and investigating cybersecurity attacks.
The data processed for these purposes are:
– IP address;
– date and time of the request;
– time difference from Greenwich Mean Time (GMT);
– content of the request (the specific page);
– access status/HTTP status code;
– volume of data transferred in each case;
– website from which the request originated;
– browser;
– operating system and its interface; and
– language and version of the browser software.
The log files are automatically deleted after 7 days.
3. Processing of personal data when you contact us
If you contact us by email or telephone, we store the information you provide (for example, your email address, telephone number and name, and any personal data you include in your email) so that we can answer your questions. We delete the data collected in this context once storage is no longer necessary, or restrict its processing if statutory retention obligations apply. Any additional data collected during transmission (log files) are automatically deleted after 7 days.
4. Disclosure of data
We do not disclose your personal data to third parties for purposes other than those listed below.
We disclose your personal data to third parties only if:
– you have given your express consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR;
– disclosure is necessary under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, and there is no reason to believe that you have an overriding legitimate interest in preventing disclosure of your data;
– disclosure is required by law under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR; or
– disclosure is permitted by law and necessary under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR to perform contractual arrangements with you.
We do not transfer personal data to third countries.

You have the right to:
– request access, under Article 15 GDPR, to the personal data we process about you. – request the erasure of your personal data held by us under Article 17 GDPR, unless processing is necessary to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, to comply with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims;
– request the restriction of processing of your personal data under Article 18 GDPR if you contest the accuracy of the data; the processing is unlawful but you oppose erasure; we no longer need the data but you need it to establish, exercise or defend legal claims; or you have objected to processing under Article 21 GDPR;
– receive the personal data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, or request that it be transferred to another controller, under Article 20 GDPR;
– withdraw at any time, with effect for the future, any consent you have given us under Article 7(3) GDPR. This means that we may no longer continue processing data based on that consent. You can notify us of your withdrawal using the contact details listed in section 1(2); and
– lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority under Article 77 GDPR. As a rule, you may contact the supervisory authority for your usual place of residence or work.
